Brianna is professional and extremely helpful, responding promptly to any issues. Madi and Karl have been amazing at handling repairs and communicating throughout the process. Madi is superb, quick to respond to issues, and easy to work with. Elizabeth Ramos is the absolute best—very helpful, caring, and honest, and she goes above and beyond for tenants. Becca is great, extremely knowledgeable about rent, utilities, and apartment amenities, and provides spectacular service. Elizabeth, the assistant property manager, is incredible, ensuring tenants understand what they’re signing and providing friendly, helpful service. Jen is awesome; the building is well maintained and the staff is great. Maidencreek Village management is responsive and makes living there a dream.
