Hopefully the decision makers at this establishment get no more than fifteen minutes with their dying parents. Not enough staff. Mom has not had a shower for 11 days and counting. The security was lax (no id or challenge questions aside from who are u here to see). The nurses were very obliging but super busy. The TV did not work and the tv remote was not clean. My first impression was not good. Needs more CNAs.
