The staff are friendly. The managers are fabulous and very nice and helpful. Grandma loved living there. The residents are very friendly. The Salvation Army does a lot there. The facility is clean inside and out. It is a good place for the residents who live there.
That place is tight. Everything is locked up. This place is going down the drain, and it is mainly the new manager. The new manager seems to be against certain people. She submitted the wrong forms and, when told, made it seem like too much trouble to fix them. She refuses to tell anyone who to talk to to get this matter taken care of. Maintenance is slow to respond. The air conditioning system here needs to be updated; it gets hot inside the apartments.
