The kitchen staff prepare delicious meals and maintain a hospital-clean kitchen. The director Kevin is welcoming and kind. It is a wonderful place. The staff are excellent.
They have had bed bugs for a few months at least, and the spraying isn't working. There has not been a single meeting to inform residents or family. People must be going in and out of the place continually spreading the bed bugs within and without. No one should have to put up with this.
