The facility is amazing. The building is very nice and newly renovated with nice decor. The resident is making great progress. The aides caring for her are very attentive and kind, and have quickly become like family. The staff care about the resident’s happiness and want her to do well. They are always offering words of encouragement, and the entire staff is wonderful. The staff have taken over caregiving, allowing the daughter to enjoy being with her mother again. The price is very reasonable. Elizabeth Johns is fabulous and extremely attentive, demonstrating love for her work through attentiveness, patience, and support of residents and the activities she organizes. The executive director is absolutely fantastic and offers helpful recommendations.
