Rafael is a very professional technician who is always willing to help. Ashley is a breath of fresh air. The Riverwalk apartments are nice. The office staff and maintenance team are amazing. Casey is a helpful and accommodating property manager. The administration team is fantastic, absolutely amazing, kind, and thoughtful. The front office staff are great and very helpful. The new apartments are modern and well maintained, with an excellent location. The grounds are kept very nice and the neighbors are friendly. The move-in process is smooth and the location is great. Maintenance is quick to fix things, and the office staff are the best. The Riverwalk community is clean, calm, and quiet, with friendly people. The staff treat residents like family.
The screening company used by this apartment is god awful, and upper management seems unaware of how bad it is. Not only are the units a dumpster fire, but so is the staff. They don't fix anything right; they overcharge for messed up apartments, with cracked windows and no one coming out to fix them. There were at least two car break-ins while living there, and stuff was stolen off the balcony. The residents in my building are nothing but partyers and drug heads. They should be torn down and rebuilt in their place. The girls in the office are useless and do nothing. There is mold coming out of the vents. The dishwasher struggles and the public grills have been broken for many months. Internet sucks. The breezeways are dirty and have cobwebs hanging from them.
