The residence is brand new and has a 5-star rating. Calamar Developers built and manages the property, which offers lots of activities. The location is tucked away from traffic and feels quiet. Utilities are included (except electric). The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The community offers meals and features nicely sized apartments. The tour experience was positive and the manager provided helpful resources. The living area has a nice view from the French doors, and heat, water, and basic cable are included. There is an on-site exercise room. The property manager is polite and accessible.
