The Case Manager Taylor is amazing. Jean is amazing as well, and she did everything she could to get them in comfortably and the right way. The staff are patient and kind with residents with dementia. There is genuine care and love for the residents. The Braemar Hamlet is clean, caring, and attentive to residents' dietary needs. Tracy Moodie manages the staff exceptionally, and her compassion is evident. Medford Hamlet is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. The facility accepts Medicaid, making assisted living more affordable. Wendy in Wellness has always looked out for Mom.
Since moving in September 2024, the room has been horrible with no fixes for months, including a bathtub that backed up water and caused falls. The bedroom rug is reportedly contaminated with feces and urine from prior residents, making it impossible to walk barefoot.
