The home has a nice backyard and front porch for family visits. The owner and staff are wonderful and caring. The staff anticipate residents' needs and respond appropriately and beyond.
The caregivers were keeping her in bed too much and giving her very little for breakfast and lunch. The owner doesn't follow through on most things or communicate with the staff, with a lot of lip service but very little action. The afternoon manager, Eric, is the rudest person you will ever talk to. The facility was very pricey.
