    Review

We recently experienced care at Casa Angelina that truly made a difficult time much more manageable for our family. From start to finish, the attention and warmth extended to our beloved family member stood out, leaving us with a deep sense of gratitude for the environment and people who surrounded them with kindness and respect.

The owners, Eric and Justin, deserve special mention for their extraordinary steadiness, warmth, and accommodating spirit. They guided the care with a compassionate, hands-on approach that conveyed genuine concern for our family member's well-being. Their leadership set a tone of calm and dependable support that reassured us at every stage, making it easier to entrust the day-to-day moments of care to a team we came to know and trust.

The staff at Casa Angelina were consistently loving and caring in their interaction with our loved one. We felt that every person on the team approached their responsibilities with empathy and dedication, creating an atmosphere where our family member could receive attention that felt personal and respectful. It was clear that the staff cared deeply about the comfort and dignity of those in their care, and that attitude made a meaningful difference in the overall experience.

Meals were another notable aspect of our time there. Homemade, tasty food was prepared for every meal, and this regular attention to nourishment added an extra layer of comfort to the daily routine. The care taken in preparing meals reflected a thoughtful approach to comfort, nutrition, and the small, meaningful details that can make a big difference for someone who is navigating health challenges.

The setting itself played a crucial role in the overall impression. The facility is described as a large and spacious home, a factor that contributed to a sense of openness and ease rather than a clinical, impersonal vibe. It felt like a welcoming living space where our family member could be comfortable, with a layout and ambiance that supported a home-like atmosphere. The environment was noted as being clean and neat throughout, underscoring a consistent standard of tidiness and care that added to our confidence in the care being provided.

Medical coordination was another strong point of the experience. The team at Casa Angelina coordinated with Presbyterian hospice and other providers to ensure appropriate medical care was accessible and integrated into the daily routine. This collaborative approach gave us reassurance that the medical aspect of our family member's needs was being managed with professional oversight and in sync with other care professionals involved in their treatment.

Overall, we left Casa Angelina feeling very pleased with the care our family member received. The combination of compassionate leadership, dedicated staff, nourishing meals, a spacious and clean home-like setting, and coordinated medical support created an environment in which our loved one could receive attention that was thoughtful and respectful. We strongly recommend Casa Angelina to others seeking a warm, attentive, and well-organized care setting for a cherished family member.
