Barbara shows selective, poor behavior toward renters. Potential and current clients are turned off by dealing with Barbara. Do not buy here; the management treated elderly parents shabbily and left them in a mess. The windows leaked and had to be replaced, and the management refused to provide contractor names or take responsibility. The red light on vally road is unnecessary and a major inconvenience.
