The staff-to-resident ratio is good and more intimate than a nursing home. Fue Hang, the general manager, is phenomenal and hands-on. Sherri (head care coordinator) is fabulous and CeCe (dementia care expert) is amazing. Mission Ridge provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care, so residents can stay in place as needs change.
