The family really liked this facility. The Grande was considered a top option and its staff were great to work with. Carole Vierling and Cliffie Rucker provided an outstanding experience and were responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Carole, RaShonda, Cliffie, and Jonathan were lovely to work with and genuinely cared about their residents. The Grande provided an amazing experience with helpful and nice staff. The Sheridan is a wonderful place where residents have loved the people and the food. The Sheridan has a beautiful facility that is clean, and residents seem happy and know each other. Jan Frigerio is an awesome activity director. The Sheridan is top notch with beautiful facilities and warm, caring staff. The staff know residents by name and take time to talk to them.
This place is such a disappointment. The room and bathroom are always dirty, and the laundry isn't timely. Many staff members are often seen on their phones instead of helping residents. Communication to families is terrible. The Grande is filthy, with stains on the walls, flooded toilets, and disgusting bathrooms.
