The staff was extremely nice, very down-to-earth, and very understanding of different situations. Crabapple Village Senior Estates is very nice. The place is very clean, and the staff were all wearing their masks. They have a little TV room, games, bingo, a common area to visit and watch TV, a hairstylist on site, and laundry service included. Crabapple Village was very good. Crabapple Village is one of the nicest assisted living care centers; it is incredibly clean, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the food is amazing.
The facility is not the best smelling place. No one is allowed to invite friends for dinner. They forced workers to work while they had Covid, leading to a floor-wide outbreak. They stole the resident's credit cards, debit cards, and insurance cards, and lost most of her meds. They did not return the cards and claimed not to have them, effectively stealing them. They pressured the family to pay a thirty-day rent even after confiscating items. They neglected care, failing to change bandages for days and allowing a serious infection to develop.
