The three-bedroom ADA apartment has an excellent floor plan and a very reasonable price; the management staff are friendly and helpful. The community is absolutely beautiful with theater, exercising, and safety all under one roof. The staff are personable and professional. The well-kept grounds are attractive and the neighborhood is nice.
There are rat problems in the garage, with rodents chewing car fuses and wires. A dealership quoted $10,000 to replace wiring harnesses chewed by rodents.
