The building is quiet. Most residents are friendly. There is a mix of age groups, and many residents have dogs. Service requests have been handled with good success, and there is a good relationship with the property manager and maintenance staff. Chester Bowl is right across the street. The rooms and the garage are nice. The overall experience has been positive.
They do not honor service requests and continue to mark them as completed, even when no work has been done. There have been base heater problems, odor problems, and microwave problems. All of these issues have been marked as completed without any solutions being implemented. The reviewer warns that this is not a reliable place to live and suggests others should not come here.We've been living here for about six months, and overall the building feels like a quiet, well-managed place to call home.
