The staff are extremely friendly and maintenance is fast. The community is clean and well-maintained. Parkview at Taylor is up to date and absolutely beautiful for seniors. The apartments are nice and roomy. The staff provide a lot of activities, and the activity center hosts weekly events and games. Management addresses issues promptly, showing responsiveness. Residents are satisfied with their stay and would recommend Parkview to others.
There was an insect problem on the bottom floor of the building. The management, some residents, and the maintenance were thieves and liars. They got into the reviewer's room while she was out and took her medication and other items she needed. The reviewer warned others not to trust them, saying they would regret it.
