• The other med passer tries to act like she's the DON. Shows up in slippers and sweatpants. Acts like she knows how to better care for the residents, barks orders but doesn't lift a finger.
• Refers to the CNAs as "Agency" Instead of referencing the schedule book for their names. Then she called over the walkie "I need MY CNAs to the nurse's station." Absolutely disrespectful.
• They lie on the web site! They do not accept waivers and they will not give an answer on said waiver while the meter is spinning away. Very undertstaffed...
