Ray is absolutely the best maintenance man. Mr. Ray came over and helped get all items fixed. He is very polite and had great conversation. Ray was great. Ray saved the day! Ray fixed the dishwasher and the doors that led to the washer/dryer. Promenade team makes it an extremely easy-going and helpful environment. Justus knows how to run a community.
