The staff at Creekside Village was very nice and attentive. The rooms at Creekside Village were very nice and clean. The food at Creekside Village was very good. The care at Creekside Village was excellent. The physical therapy at Creekside Village was excellent and helped the resident get stronger. The nurses and caregivers at Michiana Health and Rehab were very helpful and supportive. The person who assisted the reviewer's mother at Michiana Health and Rehab did a great job in trying to take care of her.
