Ms. Tan provides great, professional, patient, courteous, and respectful customer service. Jason and Ivan are wonderful, always ready to help, and take pride in their work. The staff feels like family, creating a welcoming and home-like atmosphere. The community is welcoming, safe, and well-maintained with plenty of activities that help residents feel at home. Move-in and leasing experiences are easy and positive thanks to friendly, helpful staff. The grounds are clean and well-kept, contributing to a secure, pleasant living environment. Zee (Zoberia) provides outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond to help residents. The management team is outstanding and caring; the apartments are beautiful and offer a range of activities. Staff are friendly, professional, and quick to address issues, making residents feel cared for. The community fosters a sense of safety, family-like support, and strong neighborly connections.
