The meals are high quality and enjoyed by residents. The grounds and interiors are upscale and well kept, giving a resort-like feel. Residents and families have peace of mind knowing they are safe, well cared for, and treated like family. The community staff go above and beyond to engage residents with creative programs and dedicated activity teams. The community feels like home while offering the security and services of a first-rate senior living facility.
Not a true assisted living facility. If you require more than minimal help, they will ask that you supplement the already steep price with private assistance that they aren't willing to provide. They view patients as profit centers, not people. The worst kind of evil, is the abuse of the elderly. Started out great turned into a nightmare. An employee stole 15 thousand dollars of jewelry from my mother, did not report it for 5 hours, then instead of reporating it started text messaging my personal number. The owner of the facility is dismissive, has no compassion for the people that pay almost 6 thousand dollars a month to their facility. No accountablity, breakdown of communication and harassing text messages from staff. Don't walk, run from this place, learn from my experience The food here is terrible every one complains. The bathrooms were very low for the residents.
