The residents appear to be happy and well cared for. The staff are super warm and friendly. What a wonderful place! The staff is very respectful. Very Beautiful and nice place. Very very impressed, staff was awesome.
The building is a fire hazard and death trap. Many residents are not living in hotels while the management figure it out and fix the building. The residents fear getting kicked out for memory issues. One of the retirement resorts in the Central Florida region is better than this place. The staff seems to care about the residents, but it is unclear if they actually do. Some potential customers may find it pricey. The garage flooded and their generators failed during a hurricane. The residents don't want to complain as they fear getting kicked out. The place has been neglected by the management.
