In recent years, the quality of living in the community has unfortunately declined, despite its promising beginnings. Having lived here since its opening over four and a half years ago, it is disheartening to witness the deterioration of a building that was once celebrated for its modern charm and amenities. Initially, the environment was vibrant and well-maintained, reflecting a commitment to residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Fast forward to today, however, and it is clear that the property is showing significant signs of neglect. The former allure has given way to a sense of wear and tear that inevitably comes with mismanagement or indifference from ownership.

While it’s important to acknowledge that management remains proactive and genuinely caring towards the residents, there seems to be a disconnect when it comes to the owners' priorities. These millionaires seem detached from their investment in this community; they have continuously raised rental rates while simultaneously providing less in terms of upkeep and available amenities.
