Having my dad move into Magnolia Manor was a huge mistake. The medical staff allowed his medications to run out four times and overmedicated him. No one answered the phone after 5:30 pm or on weekends. Medications were reportedly run out over the weekend. A pill container with another resident's room number was left on his bed.
