This is a good option for those who love a small charming mountain town. Elsie Oaks received very good care. The staff are great, very caring, friendly and attentive. The RFSL staff are outstanding, caring and knowledgeable, providing great care. The building is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The living center is nicely decorated, spotless and clean. All the staff and residents get along well, creating a peaceful and great environment.
