Medallion is a great facility with a friendly and caring atmosphere. The staff are amazing, always helpful, and treat everyone with kindness. The facility is well kept and the staff and residents are in good spirits. Vanessa and Jesse are exemplary staff who go above and beyond in helping residents move in. Medallion is wonderful, with staff who are super friendly and very helpful. The staff are loving and hardworking, demonstrating dedication to the residents. The nurses and therapists are top-notch and strive to keep residents safe and informed. The staff truly care for residents; the facility is clean and well maintained.
The facility is old and creepy. The doctors are not around often, with none on weekends. The nursing staff and CNAs are snobs and rude. The facility is severely short-staffed for the number of rooms and patients, and all residents have to share a room.
