Visitors are allowed to visit daily, creating a welcoming and home-like environment. The owners of Golden Home were friendly and accommodating. The home has a warm and comfortable atmosphere with separate living spaces for the family and patients. Caretakers at the residential home are attentive to the needs of the residents. There is a fenced swimming pool with a walk path around it for relaxation or exercise.
The caregivers at Golden Home Care Center were difficult to understand due to their strong accent. The house at the residential home did not smell good. The caretaker at the residential home appeared elderly and may not have been able to provide proper care.
