The staff at the facility is excellent. The location is beautiful and the team is lively and genuinely caring. The facility is clean and the staff are kind. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. The physical therapy and occupational therapy are top-notch, and management is professional and accommodating. The patient had a magnificent experience with supportive therapists who encouraged progress. The team is remarkable, providing care from head to toe with love and kindness. The facility offers outstanding care with accessible management, competent nurses, a warm environment, delicious meals, and spotless facilities. The nurses are highly skilled and compassionate, ensuring residents feel comfortable and well cared for. The meals are nutritious and tasty, and activities keep residents engaged. The facility prioritizes well-being and comfort with compassionate, professional, and attentive staff.
The food is very poor quality and it is very hard to reach the nurse at night. The furniture in the room looked like thrift-store cast-offs. The TV did not come in well, and her chair was not good for her condition. Her roommate was in a noisy ventilator. Tice Valley Post Acute since March 1st has become a nightmare under the new management of Tyler McPherson. Under this person's management they are currently harassing people of color and their insurance status. Eight nurses have left, and people are being forced to leave this supposed wonderful rehabilitation home.
