Marco provided excellent customer service; he was professional and communicated clearly. Krysta Ysais was excellent - pleasant, kind, personable, clear, courteous, and thorough. Sulaiman was extremely helpful and informative and made the experience great. Tony Fears is the best; he delivers excellent service. Axel and Cristina were wonderful - no pressure, helpful, kind, and honest. The service was great and very professional.

A senior woman on a limited income felt financially abused by Cerritos Nissan salespeople padding their pockets. The experience was not up to par. The Groupon was not honored and the customer was charged $91. It was completely unacceptable to be lied to about the service that was done. A service costing over $330 included a tire rotation that wasn't performed and tires were overinflated to 42 psi, which was not safe.
