The family treated their Dad well and took care of him until his last day on Earth. They were thankful for the care their Dad received and the way they were all treated like family. The food provided to their Dad was good. Maricella, the caregiver, was wonderful and played a crucial role in their positive experience. The family was happy with the home they found for their Dad and appreciated the care he received there.
Despite staying with My Family for over a year, there were moments where they didn't treat my Dad well. The care provided to my Dad was not consistent and sometimes lacking. It is disappointing that the level of care and treatment towards my boys deteriorated towards the end of my Dad's time there. Unfortunately, we did not receive satisfactory care or support on my Dad's last day on this Earth. There were instances where the food provided was not up to par and did not meet our expectations. While Maricella is wonderful, overall, we had a negative experience at her home for most of the time my Dad was living there.
