Just a place that puts profit before people! Didn't do anything for Mother's day, didn't do anything for Father's day! Horrible management. The furniture smells like urine. My mom doesn't get her meds at the right time and was not being showered. The food is always served cold. They just seem to turn on a TV and that's the effort for entertainment for the residents, while most of the staff is on their phones. They are what my mom can afford, but yet she is not even given the services listed for this price. My mom has majorly declined since being there. No activities or limited activities for the residents. There were never outings, and they never did anything they told us they were going to do. The memory care residents were forced to sleep on plastic bed covers because their sheets were soiled and not washed in a timely manner. With a 10% rent increase you would think that they would have more pride and care in the facility, this is the people's home! Don't take your loved ones there. The level of care provided here is not as advertised. The care is not good. They don't have enough skilled workers to accommodate the number of residents they have. The residents weren't very inviting. Sad state! The care staff is severely over worked and understaffed. Not at any fault of the care staff but the management! The residents have to wait extended times for care due to only one care giver on a shift for close to fifty people in the assisted living section. On top of that there has been an outbreak of scabies and some residents are not being properly treated for it.
