The staff are friendly and informative, and the facility is nice. They are very helpful and pleasant, and willing to go the distance. Treka and Stephanie are very nice and helpful, making the transition smooth. The move-in process is smooth and well-organized. The apartment has brand-new appliances and maintenance does great work. Victor and the maintenance team are professional, responsive, and amazing. Francisco and Victor fixed issues quickly and effectively. Stephanie provides a great tour and makes residents feel welcome. The maintenance team is quick to respond and resolves problems efficiently. The refrigerator was replaced promptly and is working perfectly.
