There was no staff available to assist the resident back to her room due to COVID restrictions. On 09/05/2020, rotations were not completed in time, staff were on their phones or sleeping, and morphine was not administered when needed. Residents are very fragile and not well equipped to advocate for themselves. Staff are overworked and underpaid. The front desk staff were unfriendly and rude. The food was not diabetic-friendly and insulin dosing and meal timing were not well coordinated. CPAP cleaning has been an ongoing issue.
