The services are great. Residents have improved greatly in a short time. Mrs. Lucas was essential in ensuring services were rendered. The staff are very friendly, and families receive regular updates. The facility is clean, odor-free, and well-kept. There are plenty of activities for residents. The management team is family-oriented and respectful. Providers and nurses communicate well and coordinate to help residents return home. The CNAs and nurses respond quickly to call lights.
They do not care for these patients. They continually leave patients needing service for extended periods of time. They do not follow procedures to properly care for or clean their patients. The vast majority of staff, especially the evening crew, simply do not care. It is seriously unfortunate they are losing a family member over this care. Do NOT bring your loved one to this facility.
