The staff are awesome, friendly, helpful, and courteous. The facility is excellent, with wonderful, experienced, and caring staff. Residents can participate in activities like bingo. The atmosphere and surroundings are pleasant, and visitors look forward to returning. The staff are very friendly, and the facility is clean and odor-free. All staff are highly involved in resident care. The building is excellent, with attentive and kind staff, and it is clean. Nurse Englewood provided perfect orientation for sign-in. Legacy's staff care about residents; the food is delicious; they feel like family and welcome guests back. The rehab team helped residents get back on their feet and home quickly.
Not happy with his care. The rehab department continuously notated refusal of therapy on notes, when they did not even come in to attempt therapy. Therapy staff belittled my family member, making her feel like a burden instead of empowering her to get stronger. The facility would not give a patient a ride home that needed a wheelchair lift to safely get home. Inconsiderate company. Social worker has terrible communication and does not follow through on discharge. Bad nursing, neglect, 100% do not recommend, gave my grandmother a horrible infection causing her to pass away.
