Shay is very nice and makes visitors feel very comfortable. Auji, Shay, and Marlena are awesome people; they are welcoming and make each experience great. It is a beautiful and caring home for residents. The administrator, Don, and the staff are well regarded by residents. Becca in the care management department knows all residents, takes time to listen and talk with them, and is nurturing and compassionate. Stephanie, the med aide, is top notch and always on top of medications. The team at Southbrooke works together daily to provide the very best for each resident, who are treated like family.
