Situated in an older facility that is currently undergoing operational adjustments as they emerge from a period of quarantine, the center faces some challenges typical of healthcare settings, notably understaffing. Despite these difficulties, the staff's dedication and kindness have stood out amidst the situation.

From what I gathered, the staffing levels are somewhat concerning; at present, there are only three Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) available to attend to the needs of residents.
