The facility was clean and did not look gloomy. The skilled rehab program was excellent. The therapy gym area was exceptionally clean and sparkling. The charcuterie board was professionally curated and delicious. The building has undergone a huge turnaround in recent months, noticed by residents. The fall event had an incredible turnout. The staff provided outstanding patient care and excellent customer service. The transition to becoming an LPN was easy, and the nurses trained him/her with no problems and were very helpful. The staff and PT/OT teams were incredible and helped him regain his mobility. The housekeeping team provided outstanding care; rooms were clean and inviting, and Alexa promptly resolved concerns with a smile. The Physical Therapy team was awesome, offering kindness, professionalism, and skilled, encouraging care. Karisa was awesome - caring, sweet, thorough, and responsive to her mom's needs. Providence Rehab at Mercy Fitz provides outstanding care and goes above and beyond. Concerns were addressed promptly, and care improved quickly. I would recommend Providence Rehabilitation to a friend.
