They were fast, pleasant and committed to helping us. Even after determination that placement couldn’t be accepted, they were helpful in our continued search. Excellent care! The staff was so loving. Wonderful Place! The nurses are kind.

A nurse was lazy, cut hair without consent, and staff did not inform family after the death.
