THE FIRST DAY I WALKED IN WAITING FOR MY LOVED ONE TO COME FROM THE HOSPITAL TWO NURSES AT THE DESK TOTALLY IGNORED ME. DR APPOINTMENTS WERE MADE I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED I ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO VISIT IT WOULD BE HANGING ON THE CLOSET DOOR. MY LOVED ONE DEVELOPED COMPLICATIONS NEVER NOTIFIED TILL SHE WAS ON HER WAY TO THE ER. AS A RESULT MY LOVED ONE HAD TO GO ONE MASSIVE ANTIBIOTICS WHICH KILLED THERE KIDNEYS RESULTING IN DEATH. SHE ALSO HAD BUGS IN HER ROOM. THERE WAS NO REGARD TO PRIVACY OR HIPPA REGULATIONS. I FELT THAT THERE CARE WAS NOT GOOD HOWEVER... ...OVERALL WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CARE. The nurses I spoke with were always very helpful except on one occasion. it does smell strongly of urine most each time.Omni Manor, a nursing home facility, has received mixed reviews from various individuals who have had personal experiences with the establishment.
