The facility is kept very clean, which is a great plus. Administrator David is top-notch to work with and very attentive to concerns. The nurses are very caring, from the head nurse to the rest of the staff. The kitchen staff does a great job, and residents love the food. Recreation staff have been very kind to residents, along with other staff. Rehab and therapy services are excellent, helping residents become stronger. Hilaire is clean, friendly, and the most caring facility they've seen.
The woman Lisa at this facility has the absolute worst personality. She is nasty to deal with and does not know how to operate a facility. She needs to be reconsidered for the position she holds. The place is extremely dirty and has this horrible stench. They didn't even check my driver's license; the place was not professional at all. They gave him peas which he's allergic to after he stated he was allergic. This place should be shut down ASAP. This is the worst rehabilitation and nursing home in Huntington. All they do is lie in front of your face.
