The staff at CareMeridian are awesome and there are no complaints. The facility is well organized and the staff really care about their patients. The staff are friendly and professional, and physical therapy helps tremendously. The smaller size of the facility allows for more personal, individualized care. The facility is consistently clean, and the nurses are great and rehab feels like home. CareMeridian is highly recommended by patients. The doctors are around and quick to respond, and there's a social worker on site.
The staff neglected the patient with a severe traumatic brain injury, causing him to regress and return to the hospital. They stopped helping him out of bed and neglected his hygiene. Care Meridian for older children is described as awful, with half the staff caring and the other half there for the degree and pay rather than for the patient.
