The place is very clean, call light times are amazing, and the whole team is on top of making it the number one facility. What a beautiful place to send a loved one; staff are kind and attentive to residents. The therapy team and staff provide positive experiences for residents and their families.
They were highly disappointed in the care they received. There were times they had to wait over an hour to use the toilet. They were left in their wheelchair for six hours. They suffered extreme pain and received Tylenol despite having a narcotic order. They did not receive the prescribed cream for a fungal rash.
