The care is very good and the staff are friendly and attentive. The facility creates a family-like atmosphere. Rosewood/The Groves has been a Godsend for families. Tamika Stinson is a major part of the transition, providing constant support and quick responses. The nurses Wachin and Joe are responsive, respectful and reliable in giving the best care. Cindy Lockwood, the social worker, has been great at meeting with families and coordinating care. Terry, the Activity Director, has been wonderful about engaging residents in activities. Sherri in Transportation has been amazing with scheduling transports and staying with them at appointments. Lisa, the hairdresser, does a wonderful job and is considerate of residents' needs. The new Administrator and Assistant Administrator are performing well and are appreciated. The kitchen staff has made efforts to meet residents' food needs. The facility feels safe and has caring CNAs like Diedra and Maddy.
