Cindy's staff are very caring, loving, and considerate. Heritage Hall is clean, smells good, and has nice common areas. Therapy is good and the therapists are top-notch. Social worker Stephanie is very helpful and provides wonderful advice. The staff is awesome and treats residents like family. Hanna and Christian are praised for their caring attitude in the south wing. The cleanliness and attention to occupants, nursing and physical therapy are commendable. Nurse Allie and bath aide Sadie are good members of the staff. The transport coordination is fantastic. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate residents' needs.
