The admissions team makes the process easy and stress-free, and they are kind and patient. The admin staff are amazing - organized, responsive, and genuinely caring for residents and families. The environment is friendly with staff who are helpful and welcoming. The social worker and admissions staff are helpful and understanding; the facility comes highly recommended. There are wonderful residents and good staff. The therapy department is excellent and the team goes above and beyond for residents. Cornerstone staff are professional, friendly, and caring; they genuinely care about residents. Jessica in HR is considered the best.
They neglected to give the grandmother medications and did not clean her after she soiled herself, leaving her in the ER unresponsive after a BP drop. The facility is horrible; people should not send their loved ones there, as it is small, in need of updating, with dirty beds and floors that smell like urine. A whole new staff is needed in that place. The grandfather was picked up from the place in a deplorable condition - smelling awful, with a 20-day bandage left on his bottom, and sores all over his body, including a broken nose and knee. There was horrible treatment of a resident's mother; do not leave a loved one there.
