Pamela was a great help with finding a place for all of us to meet, when we came to visit my father. She is always GREAT to work with. Everybody was very polite and helpful. The care givers really work hard and are very pleasant to work with. My aunt is a resident in the memory care unit and she is treated very well by the staff. This place is 100% better then the place she was at in Franklin Mn. She is always clean, her clothes are clean, her food is good and the facility is very nice.
No one got back after she left messages. Christine transferred her to someone else when information was requested. She had not received any information about the different types of assisted and senior living spaces and pricing. She felt they did not want any new residents.
