Scott Salyer, LPN needs to be fired and his license revoked for the unethical treatment he provided to my mother. Scott forced her to stay in her wheelchair for HOURS unattended into late in the evening. She was only helped after she began crying uncontrollably and Scott came into her room stating, “what are you ready for your pain meds now?” What a disgrace to the helping profession. The care, concern and professionalism of the staff has gone down tremendously. Residents are in their last days of their life and they are spoken to and treated inhumanely by the CNAs. No action taken; they are just reassigned. The reviewer warns readers not to send their loved ones here. The reviewer states that the mother is not getting the best of care. If things do not change there immediately, the reviewer will be calling a lawyer.
