The only negative is they do not have free television and that is a challenge. My mother says most of the staff are not friendly at all. There is a lack of communication on behalf of administration and family. The nursing staff and aides are completely incompetent, especially on the 4th floor. It was just an overall horrible experience and if I can convince even one person not to go there I would consider this review successful.
